Found on a French  website featuring old Blaupunkt stereos. I was looking for a 1977 Frankfurt, but found this earlier in the ‘70s.

The steering wheel almost says Ford to me but the row of lights and switches at the top baffles me

Fake wood and steering wheel scream GM, and given the mini-binnacles on the gauges I figured Opel. It’s actually a ‘69 Opel Diplomat B :
